Introducing the new Harrow Music Junior Orchestra Collective, from January 2024
Harrow Music is starting a new Junior Orchestra Collective, for young musicians in KS2 and KS3 who are learning a string, brass, wind or percussion instrument and working towards Grade 2 or above.  This will offer music-making in a larger ensemble bringing all these instruments together.  We'd like to know how many families will be interested in this exciting opportunity.  Details are:
-   Saturday mornings, term-time (30 weeks) for 1.5 hours
-   At St Jerome Bilingual School (120-138 Station Rd, Harrow HA1 2DJ, opposite Tesco's in Hindes Road).
-   Open to players of string, woodwind, brass and percussion instruments who are working towards Grade 2 or       above.
-   Players need to be in KS2 or KS3
-   A termly fee is payable  (see details in this form).
-   Concert opportunities at least twice a year to start with.
-   Instrumental Coaching Session followed by a break, then Orchestra together.
-   Discount for members of other Harrow Music ensembles
-   Sibling Discount
-   Remission policy for families in financial hardship

  • Sectional time with a specialised coach for each Instrument Family: Brass, Strings, Woodwind, Percussion
  • Refreshment break - children to bring own snacks.  (We will recruit volunteers to run a tuck-shop) 
  • Orchestra together for one hour to finish. 
Pricing options -  Although Harrow Music will contribute towards the cost of venue hire, instrumental coaching, sheet music and concerts, income will still be needed from the membership fees to help with the overall costs - PLEASE TICK THE FEES YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO PAY  *
