This is a tool to help coaches nominate and vote during the All-Conference selection process post season. This information will be distributed to each coach prior to All-Conference nominating.
Please select one
player for each position from the
opposing team (attack, midfield, defense)
plus one goalie (from either team) that stood out in game.
It's not mandatory to nominate for each position - only as warranted,
but please insert NA if no nomination for a position. If you need to
look up a player's name or number you can find rosters under the
Teams/Schedules/Stats tab.
Coaches are required to participate. Any that do not vote will NOT be able to nominate OR vote for All-Conference players
Some
criteria to consider when nominating players:
- Ability to read the field, be in the right place
at the right time, demonstrating a strong understanding and mastery of
the game.
- Lots of "touches" during the game:
continually winning ground balls, transitioning the ball, causing turnovers if
defending or being a lead on attack.
- Demonstrate leadership and good sportsmanship on
the field and on the sidelines.
- Stand out performance of their position, setting
themselves apart from others in the same position.
