Aspire Children's Chorus Sign-up Form
If you have more than one child who would like to be in the choir, please fill this form out for each child.

Once you have signed up your child, we will reach out to arrange a time to meet with your child to hear their voice. This is important because we will be planning the program each session around the children in the choir so knowing thier range and strengths will be helpful. Once we have met with all the choir participants, we will have regular rehearsals at my home at 12126 S Margaret Rose Dr.

We will also send you a link to set up monthly payments for the first session and to pay the associated registration fee. The concert and costume fee will be due by March 15, 2024 so that we have time to order the costumes.

I am currently looking for a rehearsal accompanist. If you are accomplished at playing the piano and would like to trade your services for your child's tuition, please contract Kris Cox directly at 801-455-3748 or Kris@KristineCox.com.
