Welcome to the Freezin’ For a Reason,

Polar bear Swim for 2024, This year you can register as a Team, Group, Business or Individual.

You can raise money for your favorite Charity, Sports team, Organization, community Non profit or donate the funds to a cause that’s close to your heart.

When getting pledges you can also request per minute of “Plunge” or Best Costume, or even just a straight donation to your Reason.

We do have a list of Non Profit local groups if you want help to choose a great organization.

Costumes VERY welcome!

All Registration fees are due and payable prior to being on the ice,

You are not required to submit raised funds for your organization or group, just the registration fee to the event. Unless you are donating to our "Ice Bucket" which will be given to various groups on our donation list. to register for our donation list please send us a message!

Group/School/Team : Pay to Plunge (Groups 3- 10+) - $30.00 Guarantee your spot on the Ice this winter

Family Plunge: Family Plunge (up to 4 members) - $10.00 The whole family can be a part of the fun! Fundraise or pay the fee to jump pay the minimum $10 and you will be Freezin for a reason! This CAN include participants under 13 when accompanied by a legal guardian/adult

Save a Polar Bear (Non Swimmer Donation) Want to stay OUT of the water, great option for our youngest swimmers . Set a goal, raise the funds and save your buns! Must use our pledge forms and share our social media

I understand waivers must be completed before being allowed on the ice. Without a signed waiver you will not be allowed to enter our Ice zone. Waivers can be printed or will also be on hand the day of event. Initial Below

We want to extend a Thank You, to all the local participants, organizations, and business that help make this event happen every year, to the City of Williams Lake, and Scout Island for being a great backdrop for events to show what a great community we live in.
