If you are purchasing on behalf of school, government or non-profit organization that is tax exempt, please fill out this form. We will create a tax exempt customer account for you. Currently, we only charge sales tax for orders shipping to Wisconsin and Michigan. If your shipping address is outside Michigan and Wisconsin, you will not be charged sales tax, though you may still fill out this form.
