If you have not heard back within that time frame, please check your spam/junk folder for our email then contact us at Manager@RefreshingArt.com to make sure we did not miss your request. We will not purposely ignore any requests, and will email you even if we are unable to accept your order request. If your request is out of our wheelhouse, we will do our best to connect you with another artist that may be better suited to meet your needs.
