Terms and Conditions:
All exhibitors must read and abide by Rules and Regulations set out by The South East Grooming
Show.
Applications for Trade Stands and all applications to exhibit at the event can be submitted
on this form or this and received by the closing date.
We ask all trade stands to do their
own Risk Assessments for this event.
Trade Stand Information:
The depths of stands vary from a minimum of 2m to a maximum of 3m depending on
position and stand size booked.
Electricity hook up (must supply own extension leads etc.) for trade stands is available
(limited availability) and must be requested at time of application.
All equipment must be pat tested and comply with UK law. There will be no water supply for trade stands.
Trade Stand Setup:
Between 6pm & 8pm on Saturday 25th March 2023
If you are unable to setup on Saturday evening, then access for trade stand setup will be
from 8am Sunday 26th March 2023.
Although the hall will be locked overnight, trade stands that are set up on Saturday will be
left at their own risk and The South East Grooming Show accepts no responsibility for any
loss or damage of any goods.
Show Period:
Trade stands to be open between the following times: Sunday 26th March 2023 from 9:00am
- 5:00pm
Breakdown of Trade Stands:
We ask that Trade stands whom dismantle before 4:00pm do so in a quiet manner not to
distract active competitors.
The site must be vacated by 6pm Sunday 26th March 2023.
Cancellation Policy:
Where an Exhibitor or Trader withdraws from the event or cancels the space reserved for
any reason after the closing payment date 28th February 2023, all fees paid shall be forfeited,
whether the site is re-let by the organisers or not.
Please note the organisers do not accept
any responsibility for any damage/loss of earnings or costs incurred as a result of the
cancellation of the event.
