Temporal Data Modeling Survey
Dear survey participant,

thank you very much for taking part in our user study!  Your contribution to our research is highly valued, and we appreciate your time and expertise.

I am Sasha Bruns, a PhD student at FIZ Karlsruhe and KIT. The survey is carried out within the research work of Information Service Engineering Group at FIZ Karlsruhe and supervised by Prof. Dr. Harald Sack.

Goal of the Study: The primary goal of this study is to assess the usability and ease of use of different data modeling approaches for cultural and historical data. We aim to understand how different modeling techniques resonate with experts like yourself, regardless of your background in computer science or modeling.
Duration: The study is designed to take around 10 minutes to complete.

Requirements: Even though we ask you about your expertise,  no prior experience in computer science or data modeling is necessary to complete it. We value diverse perspectives and welcome participants from various backgrounds who work or interested in diverse DH and related domains.

Method: Firstly, we will ask you several questions regarding your background for the better evaluation of the results. Next, you will be presented with a scenario related to historical data and asked to provide a short feedback on the usability of different modeling approaches.

Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary, and your responses will be anonymized and used for research purposes only. Your insights will help inform the development of user-friendly data modeling approaches tailored to the needs of culture domain experts like yourself.
