Questionnaire: Sarah's Company  
Sarah's Company is a Community Platform that is provided and operated by The Narrow Gateway, for Older Christian Women. By God’s grace, this Platform is a safe environment for Older Christian Women to have their unique spiritual and mental wellness priorities attended to and served.

In providing and operating this Platform, the role of The Narrow Gateway is:
- to listen to and ascertain what your unique spiritual and mental wellness needs are from time to time
- prayerfully organize professionally and/or spiritually and/or experientially qualified Christian resources and providers to address and cater to those unique needs, through seminars and webinars, workshops, prayer meetings, retreats, masterclasses, teachings, bible studies etc:

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us to serve you and/or the Older Christian Woman in your life better. Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey.

- complete this Questionnaire, if you are an older Christian Woman, and/or would like to serve or fellowship with them
- forward the link to this Questionnaire (https://forms.gle/4jZbLXndnSB56wts7) to older Christian Women and groups in your life, who you believe might benefit from such a platform.

PLEASE NOTE that this Questionnaire is NOT ANONYMOUS in that we will be collecting email addresses so as to be better placed to engage the results and outcomes. However, be rest assured that THE QUESTIONNAIRE IS ABSOLUTELY CONFIDENTIAL, and if you would prefer not to state your name in the space provided, please feel free not to do so.
