For yourself spend at least two hours a week outdoors. Use your senses to take note of the surroundings.
Find one natural thing per day to be grateful about. EG, birds in the hedge as I walked to the shops
When passing a tree, appreciate it's gifts.
Sit outdoors, close your eyes and filter the nature sounds from all other sounds.
Consciously listen, watch, touch and smell dusk or dawn once or twice a month.
Stop and observe the wildflowers that grow through concrete, for they are amazing.
Walk with bare feet on earth whenever you can.
Stop worrying about the garden and know that nature knows best. Leave her to it.
