Thank you for your interest in trying out for the fall jv or varsity poms team! Please complete this form in it's entirety to register yourself for the clinic and tryout. After your form is submitted and received, a tryout packet will be sent to the email noted in the form. This form and tryout packet must be completed and returned to your respective coach before the first clinic day, Wednesday, April 28th.
