These terms and conditions govern the sales for the event TRANSCENDENCE (the “Event,”) held by Magalski Global LLC (the “Company.”)
Booking & Payment
This event will be held in Sian Kaan, Mexico October - 16-22, 2024. It is your responsibility to check the payment dates and ensure that your payments have been made in accordance with the payment installment plan or you can pay in full. 

Failure to pay an installment by the correct date will mean Magalski Global LLC will have the right to cancel the booking with no refund. If you prefer, you can pay the entire balance in a lump sum prior to the deadline to avoid this situation. 

If you require an extension you can request one in writing to Magalski Global LLC by emailing taramagalski@divinelifestyles.com.

If the extension is granted we will confirm in writing by email & it may be subject to a late fee. 

Your spot will not be confirmed until you have made your payment through Wise, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle or Stripe. 

We will process sign-ups in the order in which we receive the payments.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit to secure your spot on the retreat is $1,000 and is nonrefundable. In the event that you are not capable of attending the retreat, you can transfer your place to a friend, but your deposit and the full price of the retreat are 100% non-refundable.

Itinerary Changes and Trip Delay
Magalski Global LLC reserves the right to make changes to its published itineraries which we deem insignificant and are due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will arrange for the substitution of comparable services. 

While no changes are anticipated, there may be occasions when certain alterations become necessary. These can be due to religious holidays, national celebrations, or unforeseen events including weather, governmental closures, acts of god, or any other reason. 

Magalski Global LLC reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

Medical Information
Please notify us in writing during the process of booking (on this intake form) of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability, or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect your fitness to travel and/or any medical condition.  

It is your responsibility to clear major medical issues with your doctor and with a Magalski Global LLC representative prior to booking. Magalski Global LLC is not required to provide any special facilities unless it has agreed to do so in writing. Medical facilities vary from country to country and we make no representations and give no warranties in relation to the standard of such treatment.

Liability and Waiver Release Form 
By purchasing a ticket you agree that; my heirs, personal representative, or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Magalski Global, LLC, Tara Magalski, Émilie Gauthier, its trustees, directors, officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims including any negligence that results in personal injury, accidents, or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from the use of premises, travel and activities during the duration of the retreat, October 16 - 22, 2024. 

Baggage is carried at the owner’s risk. If travel insurance is required or desired, a suggestion offered is Travelex.
