I'm excited to start helping female coaches take their places on the fields as fully qualified coaches!

Before we get started on completing courses I just want to be F.A.I.R. and check-in with each of you to make sure you understand just what you're getting yourself into! ;-)

There aren't any tricks up my sleeve! It's an excellent opportunity, that you won't find anywhere else, but I know Moms are BUSY and you may not have time to commit to the courses in addition to coaching - and life! As much as I want this for all our coaches, we have a tight budget for coach development & I feel responsible to outline what signing up for this program involves. I want to use your time and our budget well because our goal is to get all the courses completed before mid-summer.

Course access will be provided to you from the NorWest Soccer Google Classroom once you commit to completing the Female Coach Mentorship program and becoming a Fully Qualified Team Official (insert fanfare here)!

There is some wiggle room in some cases, but basically you need to be available to attend 2 (already scheduled) in-person courses, to complete the series of online courses outlined below....annnnnd come to have some pizza & drinks on soocer social nights!
