Directions: Thank you for your interest in auditioning for our "Revival" Tour, rehearsing November-February and performing in the Salem area in January and in the L.A. area in February. We are excited to meet you and potentially have you join the show. Please take the time to thoroughly fill out all fields below before arriving to the audition on Saturday, October 23, 2021. Once we receive your registration form, we will notify you of the specific audition location by email at least one week prior to the audition. Please take the time to read about "What We Believe" as a company, as well as information about "Revival" under the "Audition" tab on our website before registering. Saturday rehearsals are typically once a month, and we would schedule them together based on our availability, so please check all time slots for Saturday that could work for a Saturday you are free.

(Dancers are allowed to miss up to two regular rehearsals max, but only with prior permission at least one week in advance by the choreographer or rehearsal director. Last-minute requests to miss rehearsal or excessive rehearsals missed will likely lead to exclusion from the show, and an understudy will take your part.) *
I understand and agree to the terms that all tour travel costs to L.A. will be covered by Freedom Dance Company (transportation, lodging, insurance, and meals), but that commuting to and from rehearsals in Oregon will not be compensated. Additionally, I understand and agree to the fact that financial compensation for rehearsal and performance, while a goal of the company, is not guaranteed as it is dependent upon the specific performing contracts and proceeds from performances. *
