Failure to submit entry fees by the deadline date (15 days prior to the event) will result in a $10.00 late fee and a letter to the school principal and region chairman. Failure to submit both forms and fees within seven days after the deadline will disqualify the band's/orchestra's participation at the event in question *

I understand that I must have 3 sets of original scores for the adjudicators with the measures numbered. If I have digital print or public domain scores, I will provide printed authorization to use the scores. Permission to copy scores must come from the publisher, not a sheet music vendor.
