All vendors must read and accept all Rules and Regulations below prior to completing an application.Kissimmee Valley Farmers Market will review all applications based upon market criteria, similar products, and availability.
As a Vendor for our Farmers Market you will only need to fill out our application ONE TIME. The only reason to reapply is if your business has made MAJOR changes that we need to be aware of. Your application will stay on file indefinitely.
Rules and Regulations:
- This is a rain or shine outdoor event! There is no indoor alternative in the event of rain.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, electricity, and linen. Tents are permitted, however they are not required. If you do choose to utilize a tent, please ensure you have tent weights for everyone's safety.
- The Vendor fee is $25 for 10x10 space, or $40 for a 10x20 space. Contact us for special rate packages for local agriculture or produce products. (Locally grown, local farms, etc)
- You must register and submit your payment WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your payment link. We have a waitlist for vendors. If your payment is not received, we will move on to the next candidate.
- Load in times are scheduled accordingly per event and vendors. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
- You MAY NOT pull up to your space and unload. Please plan accordingly. NO TROLLEY'S ARE PROVIDED.
- Vendors are prohibited from breaking down before end of event for the safety of all our guest and vendors.
- Vendors must be in compliance with all current COVID regulations and procedures.
- All food vendors must operate under Cottage Food Law. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly prior to filling out your application.
- Vendors who no show for an event or fail to communicate their absence prior to the start of the event may be restricted from future events.
- No refunds will be made due to weather or failure to attend on the part of the vendor.
- Kissimmee Valley Farmers Market does not allow the sale of firearms, ammunition, fireworks, and other hazardous items.
- We STRONGLY recommend each vendor obtain Vendor or Event insurance, however it is not required.
- Kissimmee Valley Farmers Market is NOT responsible for any damages.
Product categories that we do not accept are: 1. MLM, franchise, or commercial/mass produced products

Our primary theme for our farmers market is striving to improve public health and nutrition options within our local community! We are looking for locally grown produce, plants, specialty food, and other products that could supplement our core theme. Homemade and handcrafted items are a strong preference.
Kissimmee Main Street's goal is to help and support the small businesses within our local community!
