First off: DO NOT CLICK THE BACK ARROW ON YOUR BROWSER WHILE FILLING OUT YOUR FORM. If you need to go back to a previous section, click the "Back" button on the bottom of each page.

For those of you with returning players, this Google Form is in place of the Table to Table sign-up traditionally held in the Old Gym. You should go through this form with your student athlete. Because of the interactivity of these pages, this is best done on a computer with a webcam and microphone. Your player's school issued Chromebook will be the best choice. If you are not on their school issued Chromebook, please "X out" of this form and access it while logged into your son's school issued Chromebook. If you have two players, you will need to go through this process twice.

Each of the following pages will be in place of each of the tables in our traditional setting. Each page will have a descriptive overview and/or video introduction followed by the questions that would typically be asked at each table. Answer the questions the best that you can. If you have questions on a page, the last item on each page will be a link to a Coach that will be on live video to answer your questions. Understand that others may have also have questions in that chatroom so please be patient if a discussion is happening when you enter the room. You only need to go to the webcam help link if you have questions regarding the information on that page. When completed with a page, click next and it will bring you to the next "Virtual Table".

The last page will have a link to a recorded message with Coach Rice. Please click play and watch and listen while Coach Rice goes through our COVID adapted tentative summer and season schedule.

Lastly, if you are completing registration after the class assigned times, the live question links to coaches will not work. You will need to submit your questions to the email provided at the end of each section of this form.
