In-District School Transfer Request Form
Families seeking to transfer from one school to another must complete the transfer request form.  Transfer request for the future school year shall be accepted at any time and will be processed at the end of the school year.  Transfer request pertaining to a current year must be received prior to September 30th of that school year.  Only the Superintendent can authorize a transfer from the existing school year after September 30th.
