2020 APA Missouri Chapter Conference - Call for Session Proposals
The American Planning Association Missouri Chapter announces its call for session proposals for the 2020 Planning Conference, to be held October 7-9 at the Oasis Hotel and Conference Center in Springfield, Missouri.

2020 brings many exciting opportunities for Planners!  It is the beginning of a new decade, a new census count, and the 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  These facets brought together our conference theme of People.Places.Plans.  Session proposals can include:

PEOPLE - counting, including, engaging, diversity;

PLACES - ensuring accessibility in all we do, creating great and accessible PLACES for all, going above and beyond to create a fully accessible environment;

PLANS - examples of great PLANS, a PLAN with special focus on the diversity of PEOPLE, and ensuring accessible and inclusive PLACES.

These are just some ideas and we absolutely do not want to limit to just those three areas!  Please consider sending any proposal that will engage attendees, give new ideas, generate excitement, or recharge our batteries.
