Medford Village competes in the Suburban Swim Association League each year. The season begins on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 and ends with the League Championships on Sunday, August 1,2021. Our team is led by head coach, Eric O'Neill. Practice will be held daily Monday - Friday and all meets are held on Saturday mornings competing against other teams within the league.
All families are asked to complete this registration form, including the name and Date of Birth for all family members who will participate in the upcoming season.

Please note that you will be asked to complete a Waiver prior to the first practice and you will be billed for your swim team participation by the Medford Village Main Office. Thank you!
