EEE CT/AAC Interest Form

The purpose of this form is to gather a list of interested SAFD teachers and assistants to provide to selected organizations in the EEE Initiative. By filling out this form, you are expressing interest in participating in this program. After filling out this form, your full information listed below will be shared with the Selection Committee. If matched with an organization, your name/pronouns/rank/bio will be shared with the requesting EEE Initiative organization. If selected by an organization through the EEE Initiative, you will be contacted to discuss availability and schedule.

Which type of intensive are you interested in facilitating?

Intensive (A 7-10 day process. The class periods would likely be 5-6 hours long with breaks during the day. Can require a flight.)

Semester (A twice or once weekly option to extend over 8-10 weeks. Instructors would teach 1.5-3 hours per class period.)
