Welcome back, Yogis! Happy Wednesday! Today, we will do a 15-20 minute practice to help with anxiety. A lot of us are experiencing change and uncertainty right now, and whether we consciously feel it or not, it can make us feel anxious or on edge. I hope this practice helps you to feel more centered and calm.
