Thank you for your interest in joining an Xcelerate Peer Mentorship Group. We are passionate about creating a community of diverse women owners who are building profitable and sustainable businesses that will positively impact the economy, and creating a space where women have equitable access to opportunities, support and success.
Participants will focus on growth mindset, resource sharing, just-in-time learning, goal setting and accountability. This is not an accelerator or course - it is a business support and accountability group and a community of resources. We generally group by business phase; pairing women who are at similar business stages with similar pain points.
Mentorship groups are intimate groups of 5-7 women that meet bi-monthly for 1.5 hours (3 hours total per month) in Portland, Oregon. Groups will convene on a quarterly basis and you can enter and/or exit every three months. In 2024, groups start in January, April and September.
Peer groups are a best fit for growth stage business owners with:- a registered, operating business (at least one year old)
- a product/service on the market (or demonstrated traction with a go-to-market plan),
- a growth plan to scale beyond themselves, and
- are seeking (1) accountability to goals & objectives, (2) to be in community with peers, and (3) growth education & resources
- are ready to activate and have the bandwidth to invest in that work
Pricing: Xcelerate’s Peer Mentorship Groups are $375 for monthly payments or $300 for a one-time payment in full.
However, in order to make these programs accessible to our community’s most vulnerable and underserved, we have a sliding scale that includes the possibility of FREE services. Our scale includes non-conventional vulnerabilities that better align with our community’s needs. Please see here to learn more.
Scheduling: Peer groups meet at either 10am or 1pm on a weekday and alternate between in-person and virtual gatherings.
