-Display Booth: ~10x10
Booth space available inside the Lodge, Dining Hall & Pavilion or outside on the lawn in front.
While all spots cannot be 10ft x 10ft because of building configurations we do our best to make all spots approximately 100 sq. ft. When all spots are filled, we will keep a back-up list in case of last-minute drop outs.
-Cost: $80 (ONCE THIS FORM IS SUBMITTED, WE WILL SEND THE CREDIT CARD LINK) $10 discount if paid by July 31, 2022.
-Registration fee is non-refundable unless we cancel due to COVID related restrictions.
-Set-up: Thursday between 1pm-7pm & Friday 8am-9:30am
-Security will be from dusk to dawn, the camp gates will be closed and booths monitored.
-All items must be hand-made or related to fiber or folk arts. We reserve the right to jury applicants.
-Camp Cavell staff and volunteers are not responsible for any loss or damage.
-Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests.
Workshops will be held on Friday - Sunday. Please fill out the information towards the bottom of this form if you are interested in being a workshop instructor.
Lodging and meals are available from Thursday to Sunday noon. Please visit our website to reserve a cabin; bathrooms are inside all cabins.
