Honors Contract Interest Form
Thank you so much for your interest in offering an Honors Contract this semester!

At this stage, we need to confirm a) that your student has joined the Honors Program and b) that you are eligible to add the Honors Contract to your existing workload.   You may submit this form multiple times if you decide to work with more students.

This form is due by Friday, October 1 at 5 pm.
