After running dozens of video calls with members of the Upstairs Community, we discovered there’s a common need around knowing who else is part of this adventure.

While there are many ways to facilitate such a connection, we want to keep our promise to make less noise. Therefore, after plenty of internal debates, we thought that making a profile of you by taking an interview is far better aligned with our values and your expectations.

This way, we continue to offer relevant stories about creative professionals without asking for massive commitment in return (for example: to register to a new platform, create a profile, get in touch with others, answer questions, participate in a forum, etc.).

Maybe we’ll get there, but we prefer to grow organically and sustainably by building the Upstairs Community with you onboard, not for you.
