Thank you for your interest in being a mentor for the Submission Mentorship Program as part of the Machine Learning for Health Workshop at NeurIPS 2020.

Please fill out the following questions so that we can better understand your background and better match you with a mentee.

Expectations for mentors: Mentors are expected to provide feedback on the draft received from each mentee at least 1 week before the Oct 2nd submission deadline. We expect mentors to commit at least 4-5 hours for the mentorship program (for each mentee).
