Burns Day Vendors Market 2022- JULY 11th - Information Letter
Thank you for your interest in The Burns Day Vendors Market!!

We are looking for vendors selling antiques, vintage, handcrafted, homegrown items.
Direct sales and MLM companies welcome (only one vendor per business allowed),  but please have cash and carry items available.  

Burns Day is a full day family event with activities for all ages. We are excited to give all the attendees a unique shopping experience.  Join us on Saturday, June 11th from 9:30m-2pm, set up will begin at 7:30am. NO EARLY SET UP!!!

Space is limited so be sure to submit your application early so you don’t miss out on this amazing selling experience! Last year we had over 2000 people show up to the event.

Because this is an outdoor market, vendors are recommended to bring their own tent/shade structure as there is no back-up space inside for inclement weather. Vendors are required to bring all tables and chairs that will be needed to set up your booth. We will not have any extra to lend you.

Burns day is run by Volunteers, please be kind and clean up your space before you leave. All vendors need to remain in their assigned spaces. Please do not encroach into your neighbors’ space or into the walking space between booths. Vendors are responsible for taking their own payments, bringing, and making their own change. Please be aware that Wi-Fi connection and internet service may be unavailable or spotty. No early breakdowns allowed, unless with approval.

The Lions club, the volunteer organizers and City of Burns are not responsible for any damage done to personal property, nor will they be responsible for any injury that may occur while setting up, participating in and tearing down the show. Areas for the show will be clearly marked, and you will need to stay within the marked areas. Any vendor not abiding by this rule will be asked to leave without refund and will not be accepted into future shows. No refunds will be issued for weather issues or cancellation. As a thank you for reading these disclaimers in full, please use the code, vendor fair, below and get five dollars off registration costs.

We will ask you to attach the following items:
-Completed application, signed, and dated. (Adobe scan is a great app to use for this)
-Photos of a few items you intend to sell. (optional, but we use these to promote our event)
-Links to any social media accounts that might showcase your work.

PLEASE WAIT FOR APPROVAL OF  APPLICATION BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT.   Once application is approved, we will contact you and you will be given 5 (five) business days to submit payment, before your spot is opened up to another vendor.

All proceeds from the Burns Day Market will go to the Burns Lions Club.
