Bucks Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP) is an independent NHS body led by a team of volunteers, working together with health professionals and commissioners to review and contribute to the development of maternity services in Buckinghamshire NHS Trust.  One of the main purposes of the MVP is to collect feedback from users of the maternity service about their birth experiences.

This survey is for individuals who have had maternity care from Buckinghamshire NHS Trust in the last two years.  If you gave birth more than two years ago your feedback is still very important to us so please email us at maternityvoicesbucks@gmail.com.

We usually collate the survey results every three months and then discuss them with hospital staff so we can identify common themes and share them with staff.

If you would like to make more detailed comments or raise a specific issue about your care please email maternityvoicesbucks@gmail.com. Please also get in touch if you would to speak to us in person or via video call/telephone.

Your email will be treated in confidence and your details kept anonymous unless you agree otherwise.  You can also make an official complaint via PALS.
