Pinnacle Christian School F.L.I.G.H.T. Homeschool Enrollment Form & Family Contract
In order to secure your placement in Pinnacle Christian School's F.L.I.G.H.T. Homeschool Program for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year, please submit your completed form along with your Enrollment Fee. No student placement will be held without payment of Enrollment Fee. Payments may be made using our payment portal on our website: pinnaclechristian.org. Enrollment Fee ($75), Curriculum Supply Fee ($225) and 1st month's tuition ($162 for Kinder-4th grade; $179 for 5th-8th grades) are due by August 1st. Although Pinnacle Christian School allows for tuition to be paid out over 9 months, enrollment and payment are expected as an annual commitment. No refunds of prepaid tuition or fees will be given. Please notify us by email if you would like to receive an invoice with the total amount due.

I understand that Pinnacle Christian School's FLIGHT Homeschool Program is an advanced and accelerated college-preparatory program which requires many hours weekly of parental-guidance and involvement. I understand that it is a full-time program which provides complete and comprehensive curriculum for each grade level. In order for my child to be successful, I am committed to providing daily guidance, teaching/re-teaching of concepts when needed and help with mastery of skills and concepts. In addition, I will provide my child with an appropriate work space at home which includes basic school supplies, access to a computer with internet access and an atmosphere conducive to learning with limited distractions. I understand that a tutor may be utilized to help my child and support me in my role, but it does not take the place of my participation in the program. I understand that the FLIGHT Program is a parent-led homeschool program. Although Pinnacle teachers agree to provide academic support via email, I fully accept the responsibility of the grading and assessment of my child's academic progress and providing final grades. Pinnacle Christian School is not responsible for issuing students enrolled in the FLIGHT program with grades, report cards or transcripts. *
In consideration of my child being permitted to participate in school activities with full understanding of the risks involved, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, or assigns do hereby waive, and discharge Pinnacle Christian School, its directors, employees, and agents of any and all responsibility and liability for any injury or claim resulting from participation in activities and agree to take no legal action against Pinnacle Christian School because of any accident or injury resulting from my child's involvement in the activities. I authorize medical treatment for my child should the need arise for such treatment while my child is under the supervision of Pinnacle Christian School. *
