A springboard for new beginnings
In this questionnaire, I ask a series of questions to help you create a picture of how things will change for you in a year's time.
Some goals are bigger than that of course. It can be good to think ahead 5 years or even 10. But in my experience, thinking that far ahead can be hard for some. If you want to reframe this exercise for your longer term goals, please do.
I ask for your email when you complete this form, so that I can give you feedback if you like. I will also add your address to my list of those subscribing to my email series of hints and tips.
 After you have completed the form I will do my best to come back with a few practical suggestions for you, and if you like, we can have a chat about it over the phone free of charge.
