I hereby consent to allow my child to participate in The Oak Hill Sports Cub activities. I also agree not to hold The Oak Hill Sports Club or any of the volunteers responsible for any injury to my child. The Oak Hill Sports Club is a volunteer organization and I will not pursue legal action against any volunteer member of this organization.  I give permission to photograph my child for social media and marketing purposes.
