WHSC Spring 2024 Muni League Tryouts

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Thank you for your interest in trying out for the Spring Muni Season! Before tryouts begin, please take a moment to fill out the form below to help us learn a bit more about your soccer experience, preferred position(s), and goals for the season.

We are holding tryouts for all of our competitive, muni-league teams. We are asking players to commit to being available for at least 7 of the regular season games (with the knowledge that there are 2 possible games for playoffs at the end of the season). Please review the tentative game days for the upcoming season below (note, this list is directional as we do not yet have the confirmed schedule):

Eclipse, Fusion, Suns (men's/all-gender, 11v11, Sunday afternoons, across LA):

3/17, 3/24, 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, 5/5, 5/19, 6/2, 6/9, 6/16*, 6/23*

Rockets 7s (women's/non-binary, 7v7, Monday nights, Griffith Park Turf Field):

3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 6/3*, 6/10*

Rockets 11s (women's/non-binary, 11v11, Saturday mornings, Sepulveda Basin Sports Complex):
3/23, 3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 6/1, 6/8*, 6/15*

(*indicates possible playoff games)

As a reminder, detailed information about tryouts, including team info/level of play, structure, schedule, and expectations, can be found here. All players who join a roster are required to pay league fees (~$75-80) as well as yearly club dues ($50 for 2024). The club also offers scholarships for players who are seeking financial support.
