Early Arrival Request Form

Students may request to move into campus housing early if there is a specific need or reason to be on campus before the scheduled move-in dates. This could include, but is not limited to, participation in university-sponsored programs, employment, or international travel requirements.

This form must be fully completed to be considered and keep in mind, your request may not be approved. Please be sure to provide a detailed reason for why you need to arrive early to campus.

Additional housing charges may apply if you are approved to arrive before the regularly scheduled move-in dates. Students who are approved for early arrival will receive an email with instructions on when and how they will check into their space. Please do not plan to arrive early unless you have approved.
