Join us for an insightful event dedicated to understanding intergenerational trauma resulting from the Genocide against the Tutsi in 1994, organized by HUMEKA Organization. This event aims to explore how trauma transmitted across generations impacts various aspects of young adults' lives in Rwanda.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussions on

  • The manifestations of intergenerational trauma, its influence on career choices, personalities, relationships, and mental health among young adults.
  • Strategies for coping and fostering resilience , including understanding one's personality, attachment style, and emotional intelligence.
