We are now accepting applications for students entering K-6 in the 2022-2023 school year. This application form is designed to help the admissions team ensure the school will be able to meet and exceed the expectations and needs of your family and child. If your child is accepted, the information obtained in this application will be used for registration purposes and help us determine your child's best-fit class placement.

Each application takes approximately 25 minutes to complete. Please consider using the 'log into Google' feature at the top to save your progress. We are unable to process incomplete applications.

I understand that the Calgary Changemaker School does not accept applications more than one year in advance.

I understand that there is a non-refundable $100 administrative application fee (per family, not per student).

I am aware that a separate form for each prospective student (sibling) will be required. We try to prioritize sibling acceptance where appropriate and when possible.

I understand that Calgary Changemaker School is an inclusive school that welcomes families from all backgrounds, skin colours, identities and orientations, family compositions, cultures and religions. We feel everyone can benefit from a learning environment that explores and embraces diversity. However, as we are not a designated special needs school, our funding and resources for aides, extra supports or interventions for exceptional needs are very limited. Therefore, we are not able to accept those students who have significant exceptional needs or behaviour challenges.

Once your form is submitted, we will review your application and e-mail you with further instructions within 5 business days.

Supporting documents can be sent by e-mail. A checklist of required additional documents is included at the end of this application.

I understand that submitting an application does not automatically guarantee admittance to the Calgary Changemaker School OR the Calgary Changemaker School waitlist. Students who are not accepted based on their application will be notified by e-mail. Students whose application is successful will be invited to a tour and trial as the next step in the admissions process.
