Collaborate internationally, perform in a contemporary space, showcase your work
a:pART will create collaborative audiovisual Art-Tandems between young Ukrainian and German artists in the fields of music, performing and visual arts, spoken word, installation, video and dance.

The results will be presented Live at dual events taking place simultaneously in Berlin and Poltava. High quality audiovisual recordings from both events will serve as the basis for an online exhibition to showcase the collaborative artworks.

There are 3 guidelines for our Art-Tandems:
- they are interdisciplinary
- they tell a story (in the broadest sense)
- they are presentable live in 10-15 minutes

Complete this application form by the 14th of October 2020 to be considered for the project.

Selected participants will be announced on the 19th of October 2020.

Art-Tandems will collaborate online from 20.10 - 20.11. 2020

The Live Events in Berlin (venue: Studio dB) and Poltava (venue to be announced) will take place on the 10th of December 2020.

Ukrainian participants get their travel to Poltava paid. German participants get their travel to Berlin paid. The collaboration itself is not paid. We could rent some extra equipment, if the venue doesn't provide means needed for your project.

The organisers (Lernlabor, Berlin) are working on follow up project that will allow the participants to travel into each others countries and meet each other, once the COVID-19 regulations allow.
