https://howesoundguide.ca/community-map/The purpose of the Community Map is to display the diverse groups who connect to marine and freshwater systems within Átl'
ka7tsem/Howe Sound (Squamish place name) so that we can strengthen community collaboration and networking. Groups are organized according to the following categories within the map: arts & culture, climate action & renewable energy, community engagement, conservation & advocacy, consulting, education & research, government, health & safety, industry & transportation, media, monitoring & restoration, tourism & recreation.
The map was launched June 2021. As we want to make sure this map remains up to date we are continuously updating it. We have very recently included your organization in our map as we identified you as an aquatic rights-holder or stakeholder. In the survey, we will ask how this map may be of value to you and your community, how you might use this map, what groups you think should be included in it, and whether the information about your organization is accurate. It should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
Please complete this survey by October 28th 2022
