What is expected of a coach?
Tier 3 (unranked - Iron) will have coaches! What does that mean? Approximately 2 hours a week of your time.
::Requirements::
Be able to commit to at least Tuesday Night for gameday!
Host 1 FULL-TEAM practice with your team between match days
Be ranked Bronze and above
Actively responsive in the discord
Know the rule book of CR
Be present before and during draft/pick for your team
::Expectations::
Set up practices for your team
Make sure your team is at the game on time
Be a resource for your team (I.E. practicing match ups, sending good videos for them to watch, be there to answer the teams questions)
Help to build a positive team environment
Be a leader and good example to your team
Coaches are not allowed in communications after draft.
