Are you able to commit to taking part? Being a mentor means committing to attending a 2.5 hour training session and 4 x 1 hour weekly sessions with the students. Missing sessions can be detrimental to the students confidence so please only sign up if you are committed to attending and if you are comfortable your line manager is happy for you to take part.  *
