KITTEN CLUB PROGRAM
Our KITTEN CLUB PROGRAM "CARE BEFORE HOMES" is focused and taking all kittens that are born with all their litter mates into care to begin their life with all the love, nourishing care and veterinary essentials they need to give them the very best start in life BEFORE going into their new homes.   We do only work in the City of Greater Geelong district at this stage.   If you are outside this area, we may be able to direct you to another organization so please still fill the form in.  

The information we gather is treated delicately and confidentially.   By filling in this form you agree to giving us this information & receiving emails from us.  You also agree you are the owner of the mother cat and pledge to giving us the ENTIRE LITTER of kittens and support our stand on NOT GIVING ANY KITTENS AWAY to anyone no matter what.  WE THEN AGREE to desex your mother cat free of charge for the surrender of ALL OF THE KITTENS.  You will be required to sign a binding document that sees all of the kittens are then owned by this project to see they are cared for and rehomed via an organization we trust 100%.   If you have any problem at all please call us for assistance or more info.   Please add us to your address book so your form & other info does not end up in your junk folder.   We do not send junk emails only the important stuff.       info@projectmeow.com.au    0458298927

Adoption fees are $200 - $300.  They are a health care plan to ensure the kitten never breeds, is microchipped, parasite treated & vaccinated to be protected from viruses.  This vet work is essential & will cost ALOT MORE outside of an adoption fee. 
HOW DID YOU HEAR OF US? *
By submitting this form, I agree that I will work openly & honestly with Project Meow Geelong to see this litter of kittens go into their care.   I will not give away any of these kittens. I will not keep any of these kittens without consent from Project Meow Geelong and understand I will also need to pay an adoption fee to see the kitten I keep receives all the essential vet work.  If anyone asks me for one of these kittens, I will refer them to Project Meow Geelong as once I enter this agreement, they will own all of these kittens.  I trust the processes of Project Meow Ltd in responsibly managing these kittens.  In return I will be assisted by Project Meow Geelong to have the mother of these kittens desexed at no charge to me.   I further agree to advocate for Project Meow Geelong, cat desexing and this Kitten Club Program.  By choosing the yes option below I declare that I am on board with all of the above.   *
