In any discussion, the people entering the discussion must have some common understandings about the topic being discussed in order for the discussion to be productive. Stasis theory is a model for determining where people agree, and more importantly disagree, about a topic. In this ONLINE workshop, students will learn what stasis means, the different levels of stasis, and how to use stasis theory as a framework to put sources into conversation.
Participants who fill out this signup form will be sent a Zoom link on March 8th.
