For Club members who are month-to-month we will process this within 3 business days. For Club members under an contractual agreement, please provide a detailed reason as to why you need to cancel the membership. If you provide a valid reason we will honor the request. Amounts already paid are non-refundable and this just applies to amounts moving forward.
If you have an account balance you are looking for a refund of, you will need to complete a separate form.
NOTE: Once you cancel your membership you will need to pay a new joining fee to rejoin. The joining fee represents the cost to us to configure your account, enable access, and update paperwork.
