Middle School Ultimate Registration 2024

The completed USAU forms and payment for registration, uniforms, and discs can be turned into the Cathedral Athletics Office or mailed to the address below. Please make checks payable to Cathedral Ultimate and place with the forms in an envelope marked Cathedral Ultimate Registration.

Registration fee for middle school is $160.

Middle School Uniforms - Team Owned T-shirts
Middle School players will wear black shorts, along with a blue and a white jersey that will be provided. Both jerseys will need to be returned to the Cathedral Ultimate Frisbee Club at the end of the 2024 season.  We will provide a selection of sizes for players to choose from.
CHS Ultimate Disc - $10
