Those of you who have been to D&Cs recently might have noticed that the meal has been held at Vincent's club and not in College Hall. The exact reasoning for this, from our side, is that college have been unwilling to hold the dinner in college on a Saturday. Why this is not an option is not 100% clear but in general has come down to "staffing difficulties". 

This form is just to gather as much information as we can about everyones feelings and preferences, so we are as prepared as we can be to meet with college and discussing options going forward. The hope is that if we have enough show of enthusiasm for a dinner, in hall, on a Saturday, we might be able to make that happen (note that if this does happen it will likely be more expensive than the Vinnie's equivalent).
