Hops + Co  Foster Application
Hops + Co. is an all-volunteer animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and unwanted small animals. Hops + Co. is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive any necessary medical care prior to their adoption. All rabbits are spayed/neutered before adoption if of age, otherwise a spay/neuter contract is required.

This questionnaire is designed to help Hops + Co. and yourself determine if fostering a small animal is right for you. All foster families are required to complete this form. Hops + Co. reserves the right to deny any foster based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews.

Hops + Co. provides all supplies and vetting for our foster animals. Let us know if there are any supplies you already have and don't need. (Exp: if you already have a pen for a rabbit, already have timothy hay, etc.) *
Hops + Co Rescue requires that pets be returned to our rescue should you no longer want to foster them or are unable to care for them anytime during their time in foster.  Please contact Hops + Co if you are needing to move them back to the rescue/another foster home. *
I understand that I assume full responsibility for the welfare/care of this pet during their time in foster if my application is approved. *

I will contact Hops + Co if my foster animal is acting sick, unhealthy or abnormal in any way. Hops + Co must approve vet visits.
