This community was created in December 2022 for applicants to have a designated space to support and advise one another. Participation is free.

For the best interest of this Community’s vision, we do not collaborate with any institution seeking monetary reward. The focus is to guide others where we once sought guidance and struggled to find it.   

A few housekeeping rules:
• This is a professional platform that does not support plagiarism or encourage unprofessional practices.

• We will not use your personal information, however other participants are able to view public details displayed in the groups.

• For any unprofessional behavior, please reach out to Dr. Tabby Fayyaz and the Group Admins for assistance.

• Spam, selling, racism/hate, politics will lead to removal from all groups.

• Use templates with caution to avoid plagiarism.

• Everyone is welcome and invited to join discussions and seek guidance if needed. Please DM if you experience any inequality.

• Discussion in all groups is free of cost.

• Advisers are current US Residency applicants and PGYs who are available for discussion in the groups.

• We look forward to meeting and connecting with future colleagues!!
