GDPR Regulations allow any individual to make a request to any Data Controlling organisation to have sight of the data that the organisation holds about them. This is commonly referred to as a Subject Access Request.

You have the right to obtain the following from us:
- Confirmation that we are processing your data
- A copy of your personal data
- Other supplementary information as described on the GMCL privacy notice.

Your request can be submitted verbally or in writing to any Board member but we would hope that as a volunteer run organisation you will help us manage and control the requests received by completing this form.  

Primarily, the only data we hold about you is data supplied by you or your club.  However we will search all records we hold in Google Forms, cricHQ, mailchimp and also any data currently being used by Directors.

Legally we have a month to respond, please bear with us, we may require all of that time, as we are volunteers carrying out each review.

We require certain data from you in order to carry out a search of our data and the data you enter on this form will be held for 3 years. This is to maintain a record of submissions should the Information Commissioners Office challenge what we do.
