At this time of the year, we begin the process of planning the school structure for next year. An important component in this is getting an accurate understanding of student numbers at each year level. 

If you know your child will not be returning to Sumner School in 2023 please fill in this brief form below. We appreciate you helping us with this. We would also like to understand where our leavers go and why, if you can also provide us with this we would appreciate it.
