23/24 HSPS BEARS Parent Interest Form
Hello BEARS Community!
Happy almost-Summer and big welcome to all of our new families.

The BEARS Club is the parent-engagement and fundraising committee made up of parents like you. We as parents play an important role in supporting the fundraising and social activities of Holy Spirit Parish School.

It is never too early to start thinking about how we can get involved, have fun, and benefit our school community, so get ready to MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

Please, select the areas below where you would like to help out with next year's events

Remember, each family performs 30 hours of volunteer service (at least 15 hours must be event hours).  Chairing or Co-Chairing can earn you up to 15 hours and satisfy your event hours for the year!  Reach out to bearsclub@hs-ps.com for more info.

Don't wait to join the fun, committees fill up fast!

By far our largest fundraiser of the year and the event where you can earn the most hours. This is a fun way to get involved, meet new people, have fun with planning all while helping our school raise money.

Chairs, Megan Allred and Kelly Corsetti, will be forming committees from business outreach, Live Auction, decorations, marketing, logistics, data entry and more.  We need people for business outreach this summer!
